OUR SERVICES
We have two Mental Health nurses (Carrie Bates and Jo Gibson) and a Youth Support Worker (Claire Preston). Our team supports young people with a range of difficulties or mental health issues, including young people who may self-harm or have suicidal thoughts ideation. We each provide 1:1 therapy/support and group work.

A Mindful Paws runs on Thursdays from 4-8 pm at the Gateway at Hinchingbrooke School. We accept referrals from any professional working with the young person. You can download a referral form from the Downloads page.
ART GROUP
Claire is an experienced Youth Support Worker. She uses a counselling approach, and her Art group is specifically aimed at young people with social anxiety and is a very gentle, non-threatening space for young people just to be and participate as they feel able to. Her 1:1 support will be tailored to the individual using a client-centred approach.
MINDFULNESS PROGRAMME
Jo has years of experience as a family worker and has completed some systemic training and training in delivering Mindfulness to young people. Her group will be a Mindfulness programme, and her 1:1 support will use Mindfulness skills and therapeutic interventions that she would use in her CAMHS role, tailored to the individual.
